*Efficiently review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on sophisticated and complex contracts, including professional services, computer services, SaaS and IT licenses, ground handling, airport and hangar leases, construction, customer service, marketing, e-commerce and promotions, equipment and materials purchases, supply chain, repair, and maintenance. While the Sr. Director will be capable of handling any type of agreement, prior experience in the areas of real estate (including construction) is required and IT is particularly sought. *Work cooperatively and closely with all levels of management and operational personnel to provide efficient and practical business solutions. $156,520.00 – $200,000
